The block number will be by the oil sensor wire and the on/off switch stamped into the engine. All you need is the top line.I have a pressure washer:

If you have a gas powered LCT generator (i.e. 8000, 8500, 9000), the block number will be:- On the same side as the control panel
- Stamped on the engine block
- Above the oil drain bolt
- Below the oil sensor wire
- To the right of the recoil pull start
There will be three lines of letters and numbers, all you need is the top line that starts with PLMH…

If you have a diesel powered LCT generator (i.e. 5500D, 6500D, 7500D), the block number will be:- On the opposite side of the recoil pull start
- Stamped on the side case
- Underneath the generator end
- Where the generator end connects to the engine
